Create an Insurance Requirement
Translate affiliation agreement insurance clauses into a compliance requirement students can complete digitally.
Complete the Create Requirement form
Name the requirement (for example, Liability Insurance), then pick the programs it affects. Choose Insurance from the category menu, set the frequency (usually annual unless your agreement states otherwise), and select whether it applies to students, faculty, or both. Provide an abbreviation like LIR, mark the status Active so users can see it, and write instructions that tell students whether coverage is verified by the program or if they must upload an individual policy with an expiration date. Click Save to publish the requirement.
