Email
support@cpnw.org with the
new coordinator's name and email address. Support will reply
with registration instructions. After they complete
registration, contact Support again so we can finalize the
account and apply the same administrative permissions you have
for the program(s).
Go to Admin > Review. Students with
submitted requirements appear with a status of
Needs Review. Click the student name or
View to open the detail modal, inspect
documents, and approve, conditionally approve, or reject each
item.
If your program subscribes to CPNW WATCH and/or Checkr services,
follow the steps outlined in the
Background + WATCH Reports
guide to initiate both checks, review confirmation modals, and
monitor reviewer decisions. For programs running independent
background checks or WATCH reports, coordinators are responsible
for verifying student completion, reviewing the documents, and
marking the requirements accordingly.
Yes—click the Requirements link on the
Dashboard, then Create Requirement. Follow the
detailed walkthrough in the
Create Education Requirements
guide to pick the right category (Forms, Site Orientations,
Insurance, or Licenses), target programs, add instructions, and
publish.
Open the Assignments table. Search or page to
find a student, click the + icon to add a row,
choose the location, set start/end dates, and save. To assign
multiple students, select their checkboxes and use
Assign Group. See the full walkthrough in
Assigning Students to Clinical Sites.
After every CPNW Clinical Passport requirement—including
eLearning modules—is approved, click the
Verification Complete button inside the
student’s requirement modal. That action unlocks the student
record for healthcare facilities and raises a green checkmark in
the Review table’s Verified column, signaling
that site partners can begin reviewing the student’s documents.
If you need a refresher, see the
Review Submissions
guide.
