Create a License Requirement
Collect faculty or graduate student credentials that meet your facility’s affiliation agreement.
Complete the Create Requirement form
Name the requirement (for example, Healthcare License), select the applicable programs, and choose Licenses from the category menu. Set the frequency (typically annual), determine whether the user type is students, faculty, or both, assign an abbreviation like HCL, and pick the status (Active to display it to users). Add clear instructions describing what information and documentation the user must provide. When everything is in place, click Save to publish the requirement.
